We aim to despatch all items within 2 working days after payment has been received. Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days after despatch, but on some occasions it may take a little longer. The courier method used for posting your item will be detailed on your invoice.
You are welcome to collect this item from our Retail Office. We are open Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.45pm. The address is The Kirkwood, Sands Mill, Huddersfield Road, Mirfield WF14 9DQ. If you would like to collect, please let us know, and we will send a revised invoice with the postage removed. We would prefer all collections to be made within 7 days of winning the auction. If you are unable to collect within 7 days, please send us a message to let us know.

Payments
We have now enrolled on eBay managed payments. You can make a payment with most major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Payment can also be made by Apple Pay (through the eBay app and eBay's mobile website only) and Google Pay (through the eBay app and eBay's mobile website, and desktop).
All multiple purchases will automatically have the postage combined, and an invoice will be sent the next working day. Please note, we only combined items based on weight and size, and it is not always possible to combine larger items into one box.
Payment must be made before a collection and within 7 days of the auction ending. After 7 days an unpaid item case will be opened automatically, unless you have contacted us, and we've agreed to extend this.
